- Why is Downybird committed to being USDA certified organic?
We believe deeply that what you put into your body matters. Especially for a product such as tea, where you are directly steeping ingredients into your beverage, it's vital those ingredients are clean, safe and healthy. The USDA organic certification program helps ensure this. Our products have been certified as free from any substance on the USDA's prohibited list. This includes pesticides, a long list of chemicals and synthetic fertilizers, all of which can be found on the USDA's official website.
Yes, this costs our company more time and energy. Yes, this costs our company more money. But when viewing the tradeoff between costs and health, from our perspective there wasn't even a question.

- How long will it take for my order to ship?
You can track your order using the number provided in your confirmation email. Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Due to COVID-19 supply chain disruptions, some orders may ship up to 5-7 business days after the order is placed.
- Can I cancel my order?
We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel or change an order that is already placed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
- I need to change the shipping address of a placed order. What do I do?
